How to Navigate the Conference: 

General Directions, parking, shuttle services from the Downtown Dallas Omni Website: [link]

Note on parking: The Conference Committee was able to secure a discounted daily parking of $12/day when using the Omni’s self-parking onsite. (Please let hotel parking attendants, and personnel at the Omni Hotel front desk know you are a TASA Conference Guest)
There are independent parking lots, and meters around the hotel: BE AWARE they are not participating in the discounted rate to TASA Guests.

Travel within the Downtown area: Free D-Link buses will be running every 15 minutes to the various conference locations: [link]

El Centro College, is visible from the hotel, and is about a 3 block walk from the Omni! (after 11am The D-link can take guests)

Dining: Breakfasts are not included (an option for Saturday morning: there is a Subway sandwich shop in El Centro College open for business) For dinner Friday evening, the Dallas Omni has award winning restaurants inside. [link] And there are also plenty of available restaurants in the downtown area [google map]

Review the conference itinerary or your ticket for the lunches and keynote dinner that are included with your conference (reminder for students: keynote dinner is an additional charge).
